As a RAS at Tharros Place, you’d provide care for survivors of human trafficking, girls ages 12-17, creating a stabilizing and nurturing environment that promotes well-being and permanency.
As a RAS at Tharros Place, you’d provide care for survivors of human trafficking, girls ages 12-17, creating a stabilizing and nurturing environment that promotes well-being and permanency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance at the program by enforcing rules, modeling positive behavior, and serving as a mentor for youth.
- Provide for the daily needs, care, protection, and supervision of youth in the program.
- Oversee daily operations of the program including completing necessary paperwork such as daily logs, incident reports, and medication administration as necessary.
- Organize and facilitate recreational activities including games, physical fitness, and scheduled events on a daily basis.
- Assess group dynamics and collaborate with team members to create activities for desired outcomes such as relationship building, positive social interaction, and improved self-confidence.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the campus/program.
