​I am a Residential Advisor Manager here at Tharros, although I only have a few years experience in this field I have an extensive background in management with high energy and motivational style of leadership and building exclusive teams to achieve outstanding results. I am passionate about learning new things and being able to help others overcome traumatic events, I enjoy cooking, shopping and family time. I am excited to be a part of such an amazing team that stands behind courage while allowing me to bring a positive impact to young survivors.​
