Chiquita Heyward, a native of Savannah, GA, graduated from Sol C. Johnson High. After a career in truck driving and school bus driving, Chiquita discovered her passion for working with children. Her experience at a daycare further fueled this passion, leading her to Tharros Place. As the Residential Advisor Coordinator, Chiquita is dedicated to supporting and guiding young survivors, finding her true calling in this impactful and rewarding role.

Ti'Airra Hill is the dedicated Residential Case Manager at Tharros Place. With a passion for supporting and empowering minor survivors of human trafficking, Ti'Airra brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. She is committed to providing personalized care and guidance to each resident, ensuring they receive the support they need to heal and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
